Info: EM Ceramics Through the addition of EMa and EM-X to the freshly prepared mixture, the clay is correspondingly "inoculated" and can subsequently ferment in the slip. What happens? The small amounts of organic substances contained in the clay, such as earths, humus, wood, or leaves, are decomposed by the EM and broken down into their components, thus making them available to the clay to improve the material properties. The experienced ceramicist knows that clay gains significantly in quality the longer it is stored; it becomes finer, more plastic, and is much easier to work with. According to the experience of our potter, the clay is so positively changed by EM as if it had been stored for several years. By breaking down the non-mineral components and refining the mixture, the ceramic achieves a different density and thus a higher vibration during firing. This leads to a significant improvement not only of the ceramic itself but also of the food and beverages consumed from it, as the positive properties are also transferred to them. The quality and taste of beverages, as well as the shelf life of bread, sausage, cheese, and fruit in EM ceramics, are, according to the conviction of many users, significantly better. In addition to the clay preparation, the glazes also undergo treatment with EMa or EM-X, so that these substances, which are in direct contact with food, are also provided with the corresponding information.
